😕Very disappointing experience!

आज Rahua shampoo मंगवाया था, लेकिन product पूरी तरह open आया—सील पैक नहीं था। Personal care product है, ऐसे में बिना seal के shampoo भेजना बिल्कुल acceptable नहीं है।

जब हम पैसे देकर नया product मंगवाते हैं तो उम्मीद करते हैं कि वह properly sealed और untouched आएगा। आखिर ग्राहक कैसे भरोसा करे कि product के साथ कोई छेड़छाड़ नहीं हुई?

Please make sure products are properly sealed and checked before dispatch. बेहद disappointing!
